Kim is the founding owner and Designated Broker of MaineStay Realty. Kim is the first broker in the State of Maine to have obtained her Certified Distressed Property Expert. Kim specializes in helping people that are in foreclosure sell their home and avoid foreclosure while saving their credit. Kim’s professional background includes previous affiliations with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams Realty. Kim has both a banking background & a strong customer service background as she worked for Casco Northern Bank, NA & L.L. Bean, Inc.

Kyle is a new additon to Maine Stay Realty but not so new to real estate. A licensed agent specializing in Investment Properties including Multifamily Residentional, Commercial and Flips, having done each himself.

Mike specializes in the Greater Portland and Southern Maine area. He has been in real estate for 5 years as a full-time broker. He is a member of the Portland Board of Realtors.

Patrick Jameson is the second agent in the state of Maine to have obtained his Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. He is a multi-million dollar producer, and a REALTOR®. He specializes in short sales, REO's, single-family homes & income properties.

Sabine is a licensed Broker/Owner that has been in real estate for over seven years. Prior to joining MaineStay Realty she was the broker/owner of Blue Currant Real Estate. She now specializes in helping buyers with “Green Homes” and new construction.

Tim talents lie on the investment side of real estate. He has owned his own rental properties, done fix & flips & currently markets "wholesale" properties. Tim is also the founder of the Southern Maine Real Estate Investor Association. www.MaineREIA.com
